For custom cakes, we are happy to advise you by phone or email. You can reach our customer service department Monday to Friday during office hours from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, 1:30 PM to 5:00 PM.

Our cakes are entirely handmade and always bear the personal touch of the respective pastry chef. No two cakes will ever be exactly alike. We therefore ask for your understanding that there may be slight variations in color and design.

Cake toppers and decorating attachments

We order decorative materials such as toy figures from our suppliers after receiving your order. However, we cannot guarantee availability. Should the pictured decoration no longer be available, we will endeavor to procure a similar one for you. We create sculpted figures and sculptures specifically for you.

Note: We're delighted if you've already found the perfect cake topper or decoration! We'd be happy to incorporate your purchased decoration into your cake. Please let us know when placing your order.

Lead time

We require at least 4 working days' notice for this cake from the date we receive your order. Despite the large production capacity of our pastry team, it is possible that we may occasionally be fully booked. 

Collection/Delivery

Upon collection, we will provide you with a suitable cooler box against a deposit. Please note that both the cooler boxes and the cardboard boxes are quite large for multi-tiered cakes. Please ensure beforehand that the box can be loaded without tipping over. The box must be perfectly upright and stable in the trunk. If you are unsure about the dimensions, please ask us and also check the height of your trunk. 

We are happy to deliver very large, multi-tiered cakes directly to your event. We would be pleased to provide you with a fixed-price quote for delivery.
